tick advice?!

i was very careless not to hv noticed earlier that pooky has been suffered from the attacks of those evil evil fleas!! not only him, I think we ve been bitten too!

Today I had proven it, after spending 5 minutes going through his belly, i finally found one crawling out!!! makes me so gerli!!! even though darling had just wash pooky thorougly last night, i cant help but throw him into another long bath. But i think he kinda enjoyed the full body massage though, coz i freakin scratched n scrubbed him for 15 mins b4 i rinsed him off.

To hope that i had kill all the evil fleas, but no!!! i found n killed another five after blow drying him!!

geeez, now i need help!! anyone? advice? *SOS signal blink blink*

hello, first time experience with fleas eh?hehehe, trust me, you will experience more of this =P

Okay, if it's really serious up to this point, you should bring him to the vet and they will prescribe you with some antibiotics

Second, natural remedy which is to feed pooky with garlic, just a small chunk is fine..but this needs to be a continuous ordeal, where you feed him a small chunk everyday

Third is to get those advantage/advantix but from what I heard, it's actually not good for dogs because it gets into their blood..

Fourth is to buy those flea spray from pet store and spray pooky thoroughly to kill those fleas.

There are many ways to handle this problem. You might want to stop by the pet store and ask for suggestions. Flea problem can be seasonal. After the season is gone, then the fleas would be gone as well.

Don't worry too much. Now you need to clean the whole hse to prevent any infestation and i mean it, really really clean!

Good luck!!=)

garlic is fine but not onion. Onion can cause anemia.
