So much for a $100 gift card

I received a $150 gift card in lululemon from darling on my birthday, so i had spent $50 on a cap and sport bra. And for the past month i had been walking in and out lululemon for MANY MANY times trying to make up my mind what i really want, so here are the choices,

First choice , something i wanted for a reaaaaally long time, reason i didnt get it instantly - it didnt look quite good on me + half of the girls in this town have it

A lulu Scuba hoodie, comes in more than 10 colors (which is another reason why i had hard time making decision)


or... I could get any of these two items below providing i top up $20 to $30


(P/S : it just co-incidentally that those items above comes only in pink in the catalogue)

or should i get this fabulous crops for a whole $100 (with few dollars balance) - mmmm maybe not so worth it?


tough choice! tough choice!!! anyway.....

Yesterday was darling's day off, so we went to Denny's for brunch, as usual the restaurant is really busy, after we ordered, I decided to go across to Mayfair mall to get some facial products from bodyshop coz they r having buy 2 get 1 free deal! I was gone for almost half an hour coz i was having hard time choosing which other 2 products that i want, n when i came back, his face was darker than charcoal, he was almost done with his food and my burger was all cold, i felt so bad, i mean the look on his face was unexplainable, is like from "excited to hv great meal + day off" face to " I ruined everything for him" face. So i treated him a foot spa + foot massage on that night, now i can tell everybody my darling went pedicure! haha

so i hv a good news today, the bank has approved our mortgage, for the second time.- on the first time, our landlord changed his mind, and refused to sell it( YES! after we signed the purchase agreement n all) so we spent sometime looking at other properties but not quite as ideal as the one we r staying right now. Now he finally agreed and another PA has been signed on a price that is $25K more than the first offer. (ouch!), lets hope that he wont change his mind again, till then lets cross our fingers until everything is finalized.

nightmares

i have forgotten ever since when, nightmares been "haunting" me, im serious! it is from, never used to have dream in my sleep to having nightmares almost every single nights!! and the worst part is, I will actually wake up from my sleep in the middle of the night and gasped about it then having problem go back to sleep instantly...

i was darn close to asking my doctor about it during my visit last week, but tot it will be silly coz he aint no psychologist....if this still go on maybe i should get him ro recommend me one.

and WHY THE FUCK is the woman sitting across me chewing baby carrots in the library!? it is bad enough that she's doing something forbidden but is damn fucking loud!

anyway im going for movie tonight - eight below it is this rescue story of 8 huskies at the north artic, based on a true story - should be pretty good.

bloody left my eyeliner brush and my favourtie eye shadow in tofino, went spent bout 80$ in MAC today ^#@$%@$%#%$!!!
im suspecting there was a pretty ghost stole all my make up shit, becoz they cant just dissapeared!?!?
but i ve always wanted a new eyeliner brush from mac, but they are 10$ more than body shop, so i ended up went for body shop's and guess what! it work so well!!

two weeks time from now, we gonna be taking another trip to vancouver, reason being: "my King's birthday" so he was convinced to celebrate in vancouver with his sister and cousin (not by me), anyway is all goood, the only problem is we wont be driving, just to save some money, so we either put pooky in a crate on the whole ferry ride or we could stay with him at the car deck the entire 1 hour 40 mins. im guessing second sounds like a better option coz he's not crate trained, n he ll be barking like shit!

Tofino in winter

Now the drive up to tofino was beautiful, esp on a sunny day, this winter storm watching trip turned out to be surfing trip!!!! Oh god, I didnt prepare to surf at all! Instead of 16 to 20 feet wave we got 6 to 8 surfable beautiful swell, so we hitted the beach right after checked in n lunch,after an hour n half, we were drained, maybe becoz of the trip or maybe we woke up extremely early this morning, we decided to call it a day, so darling went to the car n get poky down to the beach to play around b4 we took off. He accidentally locked the key in the car!! I cant believe this is happening, he had to catch a ride back to the hotel (thank god we left our spare key in the hotel) , n he took a cab back to the beach, I was almost frozen there..

After a long hot shower, we were ready for BBQ!!!

Surf the second day was rough, the ocean wasnt very nice to us, she was all choppy and grrrr!
We didnt stay long, after returning the board, we went search for crabs!!! 10$ each!
Bbq crab was great, but I almost throw up for eating too much of it, basically tat was my dinner!

yesterday, wei suggested a trip at goldstream, so we packed up n go at the noon.

failed my test on a cold cold day

wohooo! is friday! after the weekend, ill be on my way to tofino,

should i bring my books to study for midterms next week? maybe i should coz there wont be much to do besides chill in the hotel and eat...

(i doubt very much i will touch my books)

got my test back from last week today, and guess what I FAILED!! god damn i had never failed a test in my life and this is really shocking for me! and becoz of that i had to beg the Lab instructor not to penalize me for not being to hand in my simulation yesterday, as supposingly he s gonna take half off, but he let me go this time after some shoulder show n winking~ (pheeew!)

is god damn bloody cold last night and today, and our god damn bloody heater is not working, stayed so close to the fire place during movie that i almost got myself roasted. They said tonight is gonna be the same thing -10 + windchill, ahhhh fuck man! somebody pls fix my heater!!

finally my site is not so cold anymore,after months, those few comments really made my day :)

geeez im gobbling down those flu medicine as though im taking revenge, i was so drowsy and woke up by this door knock, as blur as i was, was extremely thrilled to see my landlord is here to fix my heater!!! the first question he asked," u cold nicole?"
im like :"yeaaa im freeezing, thank you so much for coming!!"

we drained our oil the last time, and the new refilled oil couldnt get up, so there were air trapped inside, all he does was losen a nut n let the oil flow thru...thats it! 5 mins job and im having the warmest coziest day ever!

yeah baby! 5 hours of nap...im wide awake, going out to pub now....
