on a hot summer night, we made smoothies!!!
Ingredients: berries frozen yogurt, blueberries, banana, pineapple, orange juice and ice cubes.
put in a blender n crush all of them.........its really yummy and big time cool off~
even pooky enjoys it.
do you think this kinda healthy fruit juice smoothies has a pontential biz venture in KL? open up a stall near one of the Fitness First centre. mmmmm, something to think about
