how's my xmas shopping coming along? well...first of all, it was never a big thing for me, but since we have to adapt to the culture, ended up with a whole long list.
last nite after closing, dragged our tired bodies, were hoping to get few things picked up....that was very naive, coz we spent like hour and half at the furniture warehouse choosing the right futon for his mom n dad. OK , one big thing crossed off from the list.
Today ,i managed to get two gifts from winners in 15 minutes, well thats wat i hv b4 they closed. I think thats it, besides those sweaters that we hv to find for ourselves, courtesy of parent, usually thats how is done, heres 100$ and get ur own presents, which is great! we get to choose watever we want.
the rest we just gonna get from the store, i mean thats the whole point of owning a gift store right!?! Lily came to me with cheque and a present in her hand after im done cleaning, I was so happy, very thoughtful of her getting me a present!!!
since i dont expect much from this cny, so im kinda putting high hope on xmas, fortunately, we r going to aunty dells on christmas day for an authentic xmas dinner, featuring turkey n etc etc....*slurp!* cant wait!! cant wait!!
