terrible tenant

this time of the day, as planned im stuck in the library for probably the next four hours or so praparing my 10% test tomorrow...yada yada yada. but hey! lets stop n blog!

not that i have anything special to take note but whats better excuse to take a break? skipped the class this morning, coz i had a beer b4 bed time n kinda slept in this morning. Came in half an hour late for the second class coz we went breakfast at my campus which by the way cream of chicken this morning was yuuuuuuuuuum~

Spoke to our landlord yesterday, and he has kinda changed his mind bout selling his place again, now we know what the problem was, he wanted more money!! 40K more! geeeeeeeez im not sure if we can do that, but, theres no other investment than the current place we r renting right now. Carey rd is very nice, but location wise n storage n square footage,or more importantly- better investment! cant compete with Scott - althought it is not a very good family house but who cares, we r not gonna be in for long..... mmmmmmmm changes changes, we gotto start thinking again.

oh by the way, i cant see the face of our "caring", "sweet" neighbour if he finds out this whole buying thing is in progress again! wait a minute, maybe we should only let him know when its dealed, so he wont get to do anything behind us, sneaky sneaky snake!

is not easy to be a landlord, finding one tenant that will be there for long term is one thing, another good example is : darling's parent just bought over this fourplex property, and a month ago had rented one of the unit to this young couple, who seemed really nice. but they r very bad with their payment, as bad as no payment has been made at all!, so his dad had no choice but to be very harsh n give them 3 days to clear it or be gone!so, they left in the middle of the night. and not only that, they splashes spaghetti sauce all over the wall n cereal on the floor. made a freaking big mess b4 they left. what kinda position r they in to do such thing where they just a month's free place to stay?

as annoying as our neighbour is, we cant deny the fact that he 's a very good tenant, he s suffering from ms which he has gotten much weaker over the past year.how long will he be here? we dunno..

anyway back to work, i hv 30 pages to read! The conductivity of a semiconductor increased by 'doping' .......... n-type, p-type, zzzzzzzz..........
